EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Andriy was born in Kiev, beautiful ancient city on picturesque coasts of Dnepr river,
capital of Ukraine, when he pursued undergraduate studies at the Art School.
Following graduation in 1977, he enrolled in the Ukrainian National Technical University of Construction and Architecture (KIBI) in Kiev, for graduate work in architecture.
In 1983, after completing his masters diploma thesis, “Planning and development of Recreation
complex in Crimea”, he started his architecture and interior design practice.
CAREER
1983 –1994 ARCHITECT, KIEV ZONAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND PROJECT INSTITUTE, Ukraine.
Participation in multitude of projects including:
- Business Center and 2 high-end class Hotels in the big industrial City of Zaporozhe, Grand Prix winning project of 1993 International Design Tender Competition in collaboration with Canadian Company Cole, Sherman.
- Renovation and restoration of Grand Hotel in the Downtown of the ancient Ukrainian City Lvov.
- Resort Hotels on the Black Sea Coast.

Special Accomplishments:
- Site Plan Development for Ukrainian biggest VIP Gated Community in Kiev suburb Koncha-Zaspa(1995-1997)
- Concept Design for new type of single family residential dwellings for mass
construction in Konca-Zaspa and custom private residential houses for Kiev's celebrities (1995-1998)
- Special projects of interior and exterior design for suburb estates (1999-2000)
- Various projects of Kiev Downtown luxury apartment interior renovations (1995-1997)
